Plan your appointment

Reserving your time

• A ₱300 down payment is required to reserve your appointment.
• Message your payment receipt and 1–2 nail inspiration photos through Messenger.
• Your request becomes a confirmed booking only when Llysa confirms it.

Down payments and cancellations

• Your ₱300 down payment counts toward your final bill and cannot be refunded.
• If you need to cancel, let the studio know at least one day before your appointment.
• Cancelling with less than one day's notice means your down payment is forfeited.

Late arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
• A ₱50 late fee applies if you arrive up to 30 minutes late.
• Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may need to be cancelled or rescheduled depending on the remaining appointment time.

Getting ready for your visit

• The studio welcomes scheduled appointments only; walk-ins are not available.
• Set aside 2–3 hours, depending on your design. Each set is completed with care, and rush appointments are not offered.
• Share your final design before your visit. Design changes requested during the session may not be possible.
• Coming on your own is preferred. If someone accompanies you, please ask them to stay seated and keep distractions to a minimum.
